Hanging with Mr. Palmer! (Saturday March 11, 2017) Location: Knoxville, TN You know him as Floyd the Barber from Tyler Perry’s "House of Payne" and "Love Thy Neighbor". “Bumping in Barcelona” (February 2017) Once again, the ultimate survivor, the legendary Gloria Gaynor, helped me secure another #musicaladventure passport stamp! I joined Ms. Gaynor on her trip to Barcelona where she performed for the unveiling of Hyundai España's new slick SVU the i30. We played a high energy show for a capacity crowd at HOT Barcelona nightclub. Check out a clip from the performance below: As you all know, I love to explore! A
“Everybody Loves the Sunshine” (MLK Weekend - January 15/16, 2017) Location: City Winery - Atlanta, GA I've learned that some of God’s best gifts have come from lessons I have gleaned from the experiences of others. I can honestly say, I have never been exposed to that level of living in my...

October was Breast Cancer Awareness month! I don’t know of anyone that has not been affected by this disease. I am grateful to still have my mom and my aunt still after their courageous battles with cancer. My niece Taylor, a senior student-athlete at Erskine University, honored my mom during her soccer game. God bless you all! Please make sure to do regular breast exams. Let’s continue to pray that God will reveal the cure!
Blessings through the storm For many years my hometowns of Bluffton and Hilton Head Island, SC have been spared the devastating effects of hurricanes. Recently, however, Hurricane Matthew decided to pay us a visit. Praise God – all is well with my family and community – although there is still a bit of repairing to do. Isn’t it peculiar how in the worst of times, the best can be realized? The storm allowed my two beautiful sisters and their children
