Globe trotting in Barcelona, Spain with Gloria Gaynor

Once again, the ultimate survivor, the legendary Gloria Gaynor, helped me secure another #musicaladventure passport stamp! I joined Ms. Gaynor on her trip to Barcelona where she performed for the unveiling of Hyundai España’s new slick SVU the i30. We played a high energy show for a capacity crowd at HOT Barcelona nightclub.

How should I describe Barcelona? In one word, simply BEAUTIFUL!! My musical adventures have taken me all over the world! Be it Rome or Rio, I have truly seen some amazing places. Barcelona was no different.
I enjoyed walking down the streets on a bright sunny day, aware that I was a world away – but feeling strangely safe and at home.
Barcelona holds a very special place for me, because I was able to reconnect with my friend Arianne and her family. I first met Arianne and her son Aaron at a fashion show in Milan. So of course, I hopped on a freezing cold tour bus and took in the sights with my dear friend!
Then we met up with Arianne’s beautiful family for lunch at this amazing restaurant on the beach. We had so much fun together! It was great meeting her husband for the first time and then seeing how much her son Aaron had grown!
I can safely say, along with my cousin-in-law Juan’s, this was some of the best paella I have ever had!
My best ‘Latrese Bush Travel Tips’ is that you get out and explore, eat the food and meet the people…

Yep, this was one of my favorite musical adventures! But let me not forget, I was there to work! That night I supported the legendary Gloria Gaynor at the launch of Hyundai’s Espanol’s new SUV the i30. Such a blast.
I am living and loving the life God gave me! Barcelona really seemed like a great place to live and love. This shot was one my favorites that I captured with my Apple iPhone. Until next time, go wherever your dreams take you!
